Genoise: a light, moist, finely textured cake which is leavened by whipping air into the batter. All of our products are made from scratch with the finest quality ingredients available, making them not only beautiful but delicious as well. Note: We assemble our cakes in the European style of using flavored syrups and liqueurs to moisten the cake and to enhance their flavor.
