And here is the pizza cake all done and finished.

10" White cake with chocolate mousse filling and buttercream frosting.

The "red sauce" is a piece of red fondant with some grated white chocolate fondant for the cheese. The tomatoes, green peppers and mushrooms were all made out of fondant and hand painted to look like their respective vegetable counterparts.

The crust is some rolled fondant.

    That looks fantastic! Although I think it'd be weird to eat a pizza cake that does not taste like pizza.

    Wow, this looks really awesome! Must be a surprise to take a bite into that.

    Also this is kind of random, but I was wondering do you know of/watch the show Ace of Cakes on the Food Network? They've done some pretty crazy stuff.
